Advising on the design of, and overseeing the construction of in excess of 300 buildings, which includes houses, duplexes, villas, apartments and various commercial construction projects.
Advising on, coordinating and overseeing the complete workplace health and safety management for domestic and commercial worksites.
Advising on, coordinating and overseeing the use of appropriate machinery, equipment and fall protection requirements.
Managing, coordinating and supervising all trades involved in the construction of new buildings from site cut to hand over.

Shaun's business management and leadership expertise has been honed in the Vocational Education and Training industry over the past 12 years dealing primarily with overall business compliance to the Vocational Education and Training Quality Framework and embedding compliance through organisational change and continuous improvement.
